[BOT][DISCORD][AWS] Discord Bot AWS

This bot is designed to get development information from AWS, giving more autonomy/velocity to developers when starting a new project. Basically we started getting .env varaibles from secrets manages with just a command.

Available commands

• !aws (List all available commands)
• !aws list (List all development secrets)
• !aws secret {secret} (With the secret name, get all the values)
